Built on direct experience of the care sector, not just recruitment.
Guinto was founded with a clear understanding of the care sector, shaped by extensive experience across both residential childcare and adult social care services. Our leadership team understands the daily challenges care providers face, as well as the importance of having dependable, compassionate professionals in place to support vulnerable individuals.
This experience enables us to provide more than just staffing support. We focus on connecting services with skilled, dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high standards of care and support in every setting they work within.
Whether supporting children, young people, or adults, we recognise the importance of consistency, empathy, and person centred care. Our priority is to provide professionals who not only meet the needs of services, but who also make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the people they support.
Guinto provides experienced and professional staffing support to organisations across the residential childcare and adult social care sectors throughout England. We work with a wide variety of services including children's residential homes, supported living services, emergency placements, transitional accommodation, adult care settings, and specialist support provisions.
We recognise the pressures care providers face in maintaining safe, stable, and high quality environments. That is why our approach is centred around supplying capable professionals who can integrate smoothly into services and provide meaningful support from day one.
Rather than offering a one size fits all solution, we take time to understand the individual culture, expectations, and operational needs of each organisation we work with.
Guinto delivers reliable staffing solutions tailored to the demands of residential childcare and adult social care services across England. We understand the importance of consistency, professionalism, and having the right people in place to support vulnerable individuals safely and effectively.
Available around the clock, delivering experienced care professionals wherever they are needed.
At Guinto, we understand how important it is for care services to have reliable staffing support exactly when it is needed. Staffing challenges can arise at any time, which is why our team is available around the clock to respond to urgent requests, shift changes, and last minute cover requirements quickly and efficiently.
Our responsive approach allows us to support services at short notice with experienced and qualified professionals who are ready to step into a range of residential childcare and adult social care settings. We work with urgency, professionalism, and clear communication to help ensure continuity of care is never compromised.
When services need dependable support fast, Guinto is committed to delivering practical solutions that help maintain safe, stable, and well supported environments for both providers and the individuals in their care.
At Guinto, we provide more than staff — we provide dependable professionals who bring compassion, experience, and the right values into every setting. Carefully selected and fully prepared, our teams are committed to making a real difference in the lives of the people they support.
At Guinto, safeguarding is at the heart of our recruitment process. We operate a rigorous safer recruitment procedure in line with Ofsted and CQC expectations, ensuring every candidate is thoroughly vetted before being placed within residential childcare or adult social care services.
Our recruitment process includes the completion of detailed application forms, verification of qualifications and training, confirmed Right to Work documentation, and Enhanced DBS checks with Update Service verification completed prior to deployment.
We obtain a full employment history from the age of 16 onwards, with all gaps in employment fully explored and verified. References are obtained for all previous care related roles to ensure a clear understanding of each candidate's experience, conduct, and suitability to work with vulnerable individuals.
In addition, all candidates complete a face to face interview before being approved for assignments, allowing us to assess their values, communication skills, professionalism, and overall suitability for care environments. At Guinto, we leave no stone unturned when it comes to safer recruitment.
At Guinto, we are committed to ensuring our staff are fully prepared, confident, and equipped to work within residential childcare and adult social care environments. All of our professionals complete key mandatory online training before being placed into services, ensuring they meet essential compliance, safeguarding, and professional standards.
We strongly believe that high quality care professionals require practical, interactive, and ongoing development. That is why all staff also undergo rigorous face to face training designed to strengthen practical skills, behaviour support, communication, and crisis management.
This includes specialist training in areas such as Knife Crime, County Lines and Exploitation, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), PACE, safeguarding, first aid, medication administration, recording and reporting, and other sector specific learning.
We are also committed to continuous professional development through our in house training programme, which provides staff with monthly bite sized learning sessions delivered during team meetings, refreshing knowledge, promoting best practice, and keeping staff informed on emerging risks and legislative changes.
We are always looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated professionals to join the Guinto team.
At Guinto, we believe great care starts with great people. Whether you are an experienced care professional or looking to begin a rewarding career within the sector, Guinto offers opportunities to work in environments where your support, commitment, and professionalism truly matter.

Through ongoing face to face training, continuous professional development, monthly learning sessions, and practical support, we invest in our workforce to ensure staff feel confident and prepared for the challenges of working within care environments.
Our training covers a wide range of areas including safeguarding, behaviour support, therapeutic approaches, communication, crisis management, recording and reporting, and leadership development.
At Guinto, we recognise the importance of flexibility and work life balance, especially for those managing family commitments, studies, or other responsibilities alongside their career. Wherever possible, we offer flexible working opportunities that allow staff to choose shifts and working patterns that suit their lifestyle.
We also understand that supporting vulnerable children, young people, and adults can at times be emotionally demanding. That is why staff wellbeing is important to us. We promote a supportive and approachable culture where individuals feel listened to, respected, and valued.
